If McAMS determine they can take your case on, they will help you proceed with your claim.
2. GETTING YOU MOBILE AGAIN
If your vehicle is not roadworthy as a result of the accident, McAMS will typically arrange for a hire motorcycle to be delivered to you.
You can use this motorcycle until your vehicle is repaired, or if your motorcycle is written off.
If you have sustained any loss from the accident, McAMS can put you in touch with specialist solicitors to progress your claim.

3. SETTLING YOUR CLAIM
As your claim is concluded, you’ll get your motorcycle back, good as new. Or, in the event that the motorcycle was written-off, you’ll get a cheque for its full value.
McAMS collect the hire motorcycle back.
Your solicitors will claim back all of your losses from the other party’s insurance company.
